Fractional time is scarce. AI is how I make it count.

I was Codeship’s second employee and first product manager, working close to the technical founders and to the developers who used the product. The whole job fit in my head.

At CloudBees, as Director of Product Management on platform products in a larger organization, that stopped working. Product work only travels once it’s written down for other people to run.

Since then I’ve done fractional leadership and advising for technical teams across DevTools, SaaS and B2B, in the US and Europe. Fractional means limited hours with each team, so every hour has to count.

That’s where AI comes in. I built workflows that take on the heavy lifting, from call synthesis to specs to competitive analysis, so I deliver the same or higher impact in less time. Those workflows are ProductOS, and they’re what I install with your team.
